Please try again later. That said I was laid off and needed a personal license for PDF use. While unwilling to spend more for the known product, after reading the product details I settled for Corel's Fusion PDF. Big mistake. I was immediately made aware that the software is not only not user friendly, but also that - if it can do the things noted in the description - it's virtually impossible to utilize.
Being a digital install I didn't have much hope, but called Amazon to ask if it could be refunded. The answer was no, no problem, and they suggested that I contact Corel directly. In doing so I was advised that I'd have to take the issue up with Amazon as it was a secondary vendor. Essentially I had no recourse. To then make matters worse, Corel opened up a tech support ticket asking what specifically I was having issues with on functionality.
Of course I thought to myself, 'thanks for completely disregarding my complaint, Corel rep, I really appreciate that The software isn't what it's chalked up to be and there simply isn't available support to voice such complaints.
While I would recommend my preferred software, all the same I'd advise spending a little more for a better product. I have been using PDF Fusion since Worked just fine until recently. Yesterday it came up with an error message telling me that my free trial had expired.
I did not have it on trial, I purchased it from Amazon in After multiple attempts to reload the product and re-enter the serial number it still is giving me the same error. Contacting Corel Technical Support is useless. Their online chat does not work, and there is no number to call support directly. I have filled out a form that says they will contact me within 24 hours. No contact.
Went through their number to try and get a workable serial number, and they filled out a ticket for tech support. Still no contact. I use this product daily to do edit PDF's, now I am out of business with it as it will not perform tasks without leaving a nasty watermark on the documents. It appears as if their serial number checking is dynamic in real time and somehow their database is corrupted which tells the product not to work for me. This is a cluster F. Please Amazon, drop the Corel line.
They obviously don't care about their end users. Let's face it. Adobe Acrobat is the golden standard for a PDF toolkit. This is definitely not Adobe Acrobat. It does what I need it to do. I can compile several PDF's into a single document I use this on a PC computer that is running the most current version of Windows 10, and it works fine.
The interface is a little weird and unfriendly, but once you figure it out, you get used to it like any other software application.
